Start free. Upgrade when your lab needs more volume, a shared workspace, or API access. Every plan runs the same calibrated model, validated on a temporal ClinVar split — every claim cited, or an honest decline.
Paid plans open with the first pilot cohort. Join early access and pricing is confirmed with you before anything is ever charged.
Joining early access is an email, not a sign-up: no account is created and no payment is taken today. Your address is used only to confirm pilot details with you — never sold or shared.

Compute credits
Pipeline runs (FASTQ to VCF) are billed as compute credits, on top of your plan, so you only pay for the sequencing data you actually process. 1 credit = $1. Each run shows its estimated credit cost before you start it. Credits never expire.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Omevra for patient diagnosis?
No. Omevra is for research use only. Its reports are evidence summaries, not clinical classifications.
Can I upload patient data?
Upload de-identified variant lists only. Do not upload names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or other identifying information. Enterprise customers can request a Business Associate Agreement.
What happens when I hit my monthly variant limit?
We notify you at 80% and 100%. You can upgrade at any time, and unused variants do not roll over.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your uploaded data is never used to train our models without your written permission.
How accurate is it?
On variants reclassified after a January 2024 ClinVar freeze, the model reaches AUROC 0.970 on the 10,357 variants it scores (37.3% of the 27,748-variant test set). Full results, including where it fails, are on the Validation page.
